Ingredients
Seasonal Vegetables (Beets, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Celery, Leeks, Onions, Parsnips, Potatoes, Rutabagas, Sweet Potatoes, Turnips, Winter Squash)
Kale
Chard
Spinach
Ginger
Black Pepper
Turmeric
Avocado
Directions
Place the Seasonal Vegetables, Kale, Chard, and Spinach in a soup pot with vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil
Add Ginger, Black Pepper, and Turmeric
Cook until soft
Cool slightly
Add to blender with avocado and blender until smooth
Serve in bowls
