Overnight Oats is a real winner when it comes to getting you going quickly in the morning for work! The key is in the simple planning! Just grab and go! Overnight Oats are so versatile that you are only limited by your own imagination!

Ingredients

Mixed Berry Overnight Oats (16oz)

1 cup rolled old fashioned oats (split into two 1/2 cups)

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

3/4 cup oat milk or favorite plant milk of choice

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon


Chocolate Overnight Oats (8oz)

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/2 cup Oat Milk or favorite plant milk of choice

1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

2 tsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1/8 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Vanilla

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

1 tsp Chia Seeds




Optional Ingredients (add these the next morning):

Bananas

Coconut

Nuts

Granola

Instructions

Mixed Berry Overnight Oats (16oz)

  1. Add 1/2 Cup of Oats to the bottom of the container

  2. Add 1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries 

  3. Add the Maple Syrup, Vanilla, and Cinnamon

  4. Add 1/2 Cup of Oat Milk (Reserving 1/4 Cup for later)

  5. Place the rest of the oats (1/2 cup) on top of the berries

  6. Add the rest of the Oat Milk (1/4 Cup)

  7. Place in the refrigerator

  8. In the morning, stir and eat



Chocolate Overnight Oats (8oz)

  1. Add 1/2 cup of Oats to the bottom of the container

  2. Cocoa Powder, Chocolate Chips, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, and Cinnamon

  3. Add Oat Milk

  4. Add Peanut Butter and Chia Seeds

  5. Shake well

  6. Place in the refrigerator

  7. In the morning, stir, add bananas (or other optional ingredients) and eat.
