A creamy and invigorating smoothie that melds the nutty richness of raw walnuts with the sweetness of blueberries and banana. Enhanced with a hint of vanilla from the almond milk and fortified with chia seeds, this frozen blend offers both sumptuous flavor and a nutritious boost, perfectly chilled with a touch of ice.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons raw walnuts

1¼ cups vanilla almond milk

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana

2 teaspoons chia seeds

½ cup ice

Instructions

Combine the walnuts and soy milk in a blender and blend from low to high until smooth. 

Add the remaining ingredients and blend from low to high until frosty smooth.
