Açai Bowls

My kids like to think of Açai Bowls as ice cream for breakfast! They can make them any way they want! It’s perfect for families with different tastes!

Ingredients

Açai mixture:

  • 2 packages of sweetened Açai (found at Whole Foods/Trader Joes)

  • ¼ cup nut milk (i use oat milk)

  • ¼ frozen blueberries

  • ½ banana


Possible Toppings:

  • Blueberries

  • Strawberries

  • Raspberries

  • Bananas

  • Granola

  • Cinnamon

  • Peanut butter

  • Coconut flakes

  • Cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients for the açai mixture together in a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour in bowls and serve with toppings of choice.
