Garden Gazpacho Dip

10 Minutes plus refrigeration

Is there anything better than fresh vegetables cut up in an easy to make dip? My kids love this! They put it on top of crackers, organic tortilla chips or just eat it with a spoon! Try a spoonful on whatever snacks you prefer!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato, chopped

  • ½ cup chopped cucumbers

  • ½ cup chopped yellow peppers

  • ¼ cup chopped red onions

  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 bag of organic tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the chips.

  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Serve with organic tortilla chips or crackers.
