Here are three simple steps to help us go from seething to serene:

1. Morning Meditation: By eliminating a stream of thoughts, we can relax our minds. We can do this to start our day. It can only take five minutes to start the day off right.

2. Daily Deep Breathing Exercises: Exercises like Belly Breathing can help us to relax with every long, slow breath. We need to remember this when someone cuts us off in traffic.

3. Mellow Music: Listen to some soothing music to calm the mind. A slower tempo of music can quiet the mind and relax our muscles, releasing the stress of the day.
